Arab Bank and Equity Estate launched a second joint venture in 2006. Equity Estate held a 5% interest in the joint venture. The investment scope was Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands, targeting industrial, logistic and office buildings. Investments were made between 2006 and 2008, amounting over EUR 101 million. A leveraged cash on cash yield of 8% is targeted. The joint venture has been liquidated in 2018.
